Annual Meeting & Party

Hello all!

Our Ohio Flyers annual meeting is happening sometime in February. I spoke with Craig and Frank about this and wanted to throw this out to you all:

I am proposing that we hold our annual meeting at Shadowbox this year. In the past, we've held the meeting at Bolton Field and then met at Shadowbox for a show afterward.

I spoke with the Shadowbox folks and they are willing to let us make use of the Backstage Bistro (the bar/coffee shop/lobby) for the day.

It's warm in there, there is a coffee shop/bar, and we have the long tables necessary to do parachute repacks. Anyone can order lunch right off of the Bistro menu.

We will still enjoy entertainment afterwards; the show will begin at 19:30.

If this is a go, I need to get it on the books. I was looking at either February 9th or February 16th. Does anyone have a preference on the day?

The 9th has a slight edge, but could make either weekend work.

It seems that the 9th will work best. I was asked to repost the poll to include an "either day" voting option but since so many folks have voted already please let me know in the thread comments. I'll leave it up for a few more days.
