Any thoughts on postponing the meeting based on the current weather forecast?

The forecast is still fairly iffy. It is my understanding that we have some organizational tasks that are somewhat time-sensitive. We are holding the meeting a few weeks earlier than normal this year in order to address them.

We will not have a chef/bartender this year, so I've made some adjustments.

9:00 AM - Noon - chute repacks
Noon-1:30 PM - lunch (lots of local options. Claddagh has tasty Jameson burgers)
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM - business meeting

If the weather makes travel difficult, we'll happily conference call anyone. I'll look into setting setting up video chat.

For those who are not aware or do not follow OH flyers on facebook, it has been announced that the postponed club meeting has been moved to April 7th. same place, same venue I asume

Im confirming the annual meeting at Shadowbox Live this Saturday, April 7.

9:00 AM - Noon - chute repacks

1:30 PM - 4:30 PM - business meeting

Parking is available in the lot behind the theater (off of Liberty St). You must pay at the machine and display the receipt on your dashboard. The machine is not great (it may take several tries) and the parking company does patrol. You will not be towed (it's a private lot) but they may issue tickets.
